Summary
So many podcast apps look the same. To break into an area with incumbents like Pocket Casts, Overcast and Apple Podcasts, you have to do something different, as Fountain did with Bitcoin and Nostr and True Fans with PWA and ActivityPub. People are habitual and won't leave their mental model unless they see something different.

if somebody created today, a podcast app that was called Pro prog, prog casts, you know, there was all a bunch of progressive liberal shows, and that's all it was. And they released that on the App Store. They would, it would be immediately successful.
