Summary
Not everything has to make the number go up. Dave says sometimes you build something because it's beautiful, meaningful or useful. If the world picks it up, great; if not, it's still great. One of the most fun things Podcasting 2.0 ever did was a live event at a Bitcoin conference with maybe a couple thousand participants. The numbers were tiny, but it was so much fun.
