Once it's on every roadmap, timing doesn't matter

These things are not just sort of optional things that some apps can do and some apps can't. It's on every these things are on every apps radar and a Every apps roadmap, it's just a matter of where they are in the priority list.

Summary
Asked about apps that haven't adopted 2.0 features, Dave isn't bothered. Transcripts, chapters and soundbites are no longer optional extras; they're on every app's roadmap. Whether an app takes a year or three months, they'll all do it. Once one app ships great distributed comments, every other app will have to follow.
