Rewrite it three times
Quote
use subscribe to the rewrite it three times methodology. You know, the third time is, like, right at once you're gonna hate it right? It's right at the second time, realize, you know, man, if I'd only done this, and the third time's the charm.

Summary
Dave subscribes to the 'rewrite it three times' approach: the first version you'll hate, the second teaches you what you should have done, and the third time is the charm.
Not in the audio. 'use subscribe' is likely 'you subscribe' (asked of a guest developer, Dave describing the method approvingly).
